Our comprehensive interview and screening process only provides you with the best virtual assistants possible.  We go the extra mile, and cut no corners.  Each potential canidate is interviewed three times via video call. Each canidate is also tested for their English ability in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking. This process is here to find the perfect match for you and the job that needs to be done. 

4. We hire your perfect virtual assistant

Training a new employee is one of the most crucial parts of the hiring process, and we don't take that lightly.  For a virtual assistant to get started, and get started right, they ideally need step by step guidance in exactly what to do.  We train them, and even help you make guided screenshare videos to ensure that they're confident in their work, and that you're confident in them.

7. We pay
